We hope that you had a wonderful Labor Day weekend. For those who went on the Thompson River Trip, we are happy that you chose to spent the holiday weekend on the river with us! Instead of a newsletter this month, we are just doing some important announcements as a lot of guides and members are busy planning the rest of the season. Read below to find out what is happening!
TIETON RIVER
(Last Whitewater for the season)
We are wrapping up the whitewater season with the Tieton River trips, the first of which is happening this weekend. This is a unique river with fast moving (warm) water. The members always make this river a memorable time. You don’t want to miss out!
ELECTIONS
With the end of the season coming up, that also means that elections are near! If you are interested in being on the board, feel free to ask a current board member what it’s like. Or, maybe you know a member who would be a great fit that you can nominate! This is a great way to drive the future of the club down many rivers to come! More info will be sent out later.
2023 BANQUET
THIS is the event you’ve all been waiting for!!!
We are excited to announce that banquet signups are open! More details are available on the signup page, but to summarize, this is an overnight adventure in the mountains with games, food, drink, and prizes! This is also a BEWET Halloween aka costume contest! The banquet is meant to celebrate the season, so come celebrate with us!
